 "Recruiting since 1996" Owner of Simply Hospitality Staffing Ms. Rodriguez began her career in 1996 with Carlton Staffing sister company to Carlton Hospitality. During her time with Carlton staffing she also had an opportunity to spend time with the hospitality division and Mangement Team that is when she decided that she wanted to have a career in Hospitality Staffing. In 2000 she began to subcontract additional staff to Carlton Hospitality and has been placing hospitality staff ever since. Ms. Rodriguez has a diverse background in Human Resources such as Recruitment, Employee Relations, Benefits, Training, Orientation, Behavioral Interviewing, Employment Law, and Human Resources Mangement.
